Refund and Returns Policy
At brand-target, we are committed to providing premium-grade, data-driven digital services and analytics products to clients across the world. All of our services, reports, and deliverables are entirely digital and become accessible immediately after purchase or service activation. Because we work exclusively with non-tangible, intellectual products, our refund and return policy follows specific standards that ensure fairness, transparency, and the protection of both client and provider rights.
We encourage every client to carefully review the service description, scope, and terms before making a purchase. Our team is always available for pre-sale clarification if you have any doubts or need additional details before ordering.
That being said, we do understand that certain situations may occur where a refund request is reasonable. Each case is individually evaluated by our billing and support team to ensure a fair outcome.
A refund may be granted in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payment: If a client mistakenly pays twice for the same product or service, the duplicated payment will be refunded in full after verification.
- Technical failure or access issue: If due to a verified system or platform error the client did not receive access to the purchased digital material or service.
- Service not initiated or not delivered: If the ordered service has not yet begun, and no digital deliverables (such as reports, data files, or consultations) have been provided.
- Incorrect service purchase: If a client accidentally purchased the wrong digital product and has not yet accessed or downloaded any materials. In this case, the client may request a refund or exchange for the correct service within 3 business days of purchase.
- Failure to meet stated delivery timelines: In rare cases where the agreed delivery date for a custom project or analysis has been exceeded by more than 10 business days without communication or progress updates, a full or partial refund may be considered.
However, please note that refunds cannot be issued under the following conditions:
- The client has already accessed, downloaded, or used the digital files, reports, or research materials.
- The service (consultation, analysis, or report) has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
- The client expresses dissatisfaction due to subjective interpretation, change of business direction, or strategic preferences after receiving the product.
- The purchase was made for a promotional or discounted service clearly marked as non-refundable.
- Access to the digital workspace, dashboards, or research portals was successfully granted, indicating delivery of the purchased service.
To request a refund, the client must contact brand-target support at help@brand-target.monster within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date. Each request must include:
- The order number or invoice ID.
- Proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, or payment confirmation).
- A clear explanation of the issue and the reason for requesting a refund.
Our billing department will acknowledge receipt of the request within 2 business days, and the full review process will take up to 5 business days. Once a decision is made, you will be informed by email whether your refund has been approved or declined, along with any relevant clarifications.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency transfer, or digital wallet). Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, the funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that brand-target does not charge any administrative fees for approved refunds, but certain transaction or blockchain network fees (for cryptocurrency payments) may apply and cannot be reversed.
We strongly advise all clients to maintain copies of invoices and payment confirmations for reference in the event of a refund inquiry. Our team treats every request with professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for both parties involved.
